Skill:      1 mile run time trial

– 300 m course 4 times, then finish with the 400 m course and your time will be when you cross into the gym doors.

WOD:     AMRAP in 5:

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 sit ups

– Full rounds only
– Post 1 mile run time, scaling and rounds to comments –

  1. This just goes to prove I “SUCK” at running. 10:58 mile
    KB skill 55# then 70# for last 10.
    10 rds on AMRAP.

  2. 9:16 mile, 25# KB, 7 rounds.
    My goal was to run mile in under a minute, and get at least 5 rounds. I guess I underestimated myself 🙂 9:16 is a personal best ever for running a mile. Yay me!
