We are not just a fitness program. At CrossFit Mid-County we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at CrossFit Mid-County for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community.

This place has become a “third place” for many of our members outside of the work and home life.

It’s a place they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their true authentic self.

No matter what your background is, your age, race, religion, or political beliefs… In this gym, we are all athlete on the same journey. In this gym we all root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times, we all celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act a little different but we are all part of the CrossFit Mid-County family.

The small ripple effect that occurs from nurturing happier healthier humans, extends from gym life to the world around us.

The coaches at CrossFit Mid-County come from diverse athletic backgrounds and experience, but they all have one thing in common, they care. Their passion and commitment to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals is what separates us from other gyms. We know every member and their fitness goals, and strive to provide the training, education, support and motivation to meet these goals. As a coaching staff, we are committed to pursuing excellence and pushing you to thrive, not just survive. We are invested in taking care of you and take pride in helping you to enjoy life. Before starting CrossFit some years ago I felt I was in pretty good shape. Then a group of friends and I decided to try it out together, and like most people, that first workout left us on the floor gasping for air wanting more. That’s the moment I realized that CrossFit it TRUE fitness. The more I came, the more I loved it. I currently hold my Level 2 CrossFit Training Certificate and I am stronger, faster, and have more endurance than I have ever had before. I enjoy the fact of helping others better themselves. I really love getting to help people reach their goals and educate them on a healthier lifestyle. Watching members week after week improve and do things they came in saying they would never be able to do, that’s rewarding.

My whole life I’ve been involved with cheerleading, gymnastics, track, the whole nine yards; so when I stepped into my first CrossFit class as a collegiate cheerleader in January 2011 I was expecting it to be just another day at the gym and no big deal. Wow, was I mistaken! The first fifteen minutes of class I was sweating more and working harder than I ever had in a gym. I knew that I had found my new sport, CrossFit. The more I came the stronger I got, the faster I moved the more I was hooked. I love that the hard work we put in constantly reaps results and that no matter what you’re doing there’s someone there pushing you or dying along side with you. Training others has been the biggest blessing and I love seeing our community at CrossFit Mid-County thrive!

As a middle aged dad with young athletic kids I was looking for a way to stay in shape so I could keep up with them as they got older. I had been doing P90 and other beach body programs for a year or so on my own when a friend invited me to try a crossfit class. The second class I took was at CFMC and I knew right away I had found they gym and the program for me. Crossfit has increased my strength, aerobic capacity and my mobility. I’m no longer scared of growing old and being out done by my kids. Now they have to put in the work to keep up with me instead!

I began my Crossfit journey with my, now husband, in 2011 when CFMC opened their doors for the first time. It was something I had never experienced before that left me wanting more. I grew up playing softball, track, and then volleyball throughout my teen years. Crossfit filled that void and since then I have pushed myself to become stronger, mentally and physically. I get excited to watch members become better, more confident, and accomplish their goals!

The competitive and friendly community that sounds itself around Crossfit helped me become stronger, faster, and all around more athletic over the years. Several years into my fitness journey I realized that I needed more than an hour a day in the gym singling out particular muscle groups. My gym time had become monotonous and lonely. While on vacation I tried CrossFit with a friend and I was hooked! As soon as I got back in town I found my local CrossFit box and joined on the spot. It was a humbling experience to say the least! I have fallen in love with the CrossFit community and am proud to help members reach their fitness goals.

I have always been an athlete, from swimming, volleyball, basketball, softball and powerlifting, but college changed a lot of that for me. As I moved to Beaumont in 2014, I started getting into a little routine at a local gym, but it wasn’t feeding my need, just checking off a task on the to-do list. I hadn’t touched a barbell in what seemed like ages and lost sight of my self-confidence. All of that changed when I came to Crossfit Beaumont. It’s funny, reminiscing about that first day you walked in, those feelings and that slight anxiety, but it changed my life. The workouts were like nothing I’ve been through before, the motivation from other athletes, who were complete strangers then, was a new concept all together and the fact that we were doing it all together really changed the dynamic of working out for me. Since joining, I have become a Crossfit Level 1 Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer and a USAWeightlifting Coach. I have crushed goals and made new ones, I’ve learned to set my pride and ego aside and become coachable and I wouldn’t have been able to do any of it without the people I surround myself with at our gym. The passion, dedication and fun put into what we do here takes ‘just working out’ to a whole new level and I can’t wait to see what comes next.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your membership on hold up to three calendar months per year. The hold must be a minimum of 15 days in duration. After 15 days, payments will resume and you will have a new billing date will now be the day when the hold is released.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 15-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 15-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 15-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable.
