*Both partners can work at the same time but not on the same exercise. Divide work as needed. Team members cannot move on to round two until all exercises and reps have been completed for round one. All reps in an exercise do not have to be completed by one team member, just keep track of what has been done and add it together. Exercises may be completed in any order.
