If you are going to use 65# DO NOT use a 45# bar and 10# bumpers on each side. The barbell is to heavy for those bumper plates and will break them. Also don’t write on the carpet with chalk to keep track of rounds. Chalk is for your hands only. You can grab yoga mats or some of those 2.5# weights to keep track of rounds. CFB uses bottle caps so if you want to save some and bring them in that would work too.
T shirts are in i will be at the 11, 5:30 and 6:30 to hand them out. I did order some extra so if you didn’t order one you can get one but you will have to act fast.
