  1. 6am- it is with my deepest regret that i report to you that i seem to have cheated you a 600m run by deviating from the original intent of this WOD… but dont worry, i will make it up to you 🙂 of that you can be certain! Good work everyone and best of success to all of you who are competing this weekend in Lake Charles.

  2. Pulled a 1:25.4 on the 500m row & did great with the sit-ups – I don’t want to talk about the jump rope portion of the workout
