  1. Got up to 115# on the skill and I did it with ease which was a nice surprise because it’s been so long since I’ve done any kind of strength work.
    137 RX on the WOD….DU’S suuuuucked today….I couldn’t do more that 4 or 5 in a row…definitely was an off day!
