  2. For my part, I am going to boast about nothing but the Cross of our Master, Jesus Christ. Because of that Cross, I have been crucified in relation to the world, set free from the stifling atmosphere of pleasing others and fitting into the little patterns that they dictate. (Galatians 6:14 MSG) that’s a different translation. 😉

  4. Went early and did 5×5 HSPU (3 sets 1 45# plate and ab mat/2 sets 2 45# plate and ab mat)
    Skill: Set 15 @ 185/3×5 @ 275#
    WOD: 102 (45# vest/70# KB)
    for anyone who uses a vest I recommend doing the KB swings last because the vest gets loose and doesn’t like to stay on after that.

  5. Thanks Jason! Body weight movements are strong points for me so I made them harder. There’s no point in working on what you’re good at if it’s not a challenge

  6. Skill- 225# 275# 315# (10-5-5-3-3-3) trying to lift a little heavier for GO-MAD
    WOD- 138 reps (GHD situps 70# KB)
    as of last night I’m up 5 pounds! Milk will never be the same though…
