ME russian twists in 1 minute

      ….then on the very next minute….

EMOM for 8 minutes:

  • ME pull ups
  • hold the plank position for the rest of the given minute

*Pull up effort is complete when you fall of the bar, at which point you go straight down into holding the plank position for the rest of that given minute.
*Repeat for 8 minutes
**Score = number russian twists + number pull ups
5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1

  • bar muscle up
  • shuttle run
