EMOM for 8 minutes:
- ME pull ups
- hold the plank position for the rest of the given minute
*Pull up effort is complete when you fall of the bar, at which point you go straight down into holding the plank position for the rest of that given minute.
*Repeat for 8 minutes
**Score = number russian twists + number pull ups
