  • 100 pull ups
  • 100 push ups
  • 100 sit ups
  • 100 AIR squats

This is a long and difficult WOD. It is also a benchmark workout, one we will repeat months from now to chart your progress. The key on these bodyweight movements is full range of motion. Chin above on pull ups, chest to ground on push ups, all the way up on sit ups and hips below knees on squats. This WOD, just like all others, is scalable. Hope to see a huge turnout!

  1. AWESOMENESS!! Good warmup.workout and cool down. I got 5 people to go with me to the 7:00. 14:40(blue/red band),knee pushups. Everyone rocked it tonight!
