The worst part of any workout- the 30 seconds right before it starts.

Skill- Ring Dips 5×5 (weighted if you can)
For Time –
10-1 Push Press 95/65
1-10 Back Squat 95/65
-800m Run or 1000m row-
10-1 Power Snatches 95/65
1-10 Bar-Facing Burpees
side note- If anybody can complete the first couplet without the bar touching the ground gets a high five from everybody in the class and their pic on the blog tomorrow.

    so close on the first challenge to keep the bar up. made it through the 8 back squats before i let it go. shake your arms out a lot if you are going to try this. that’s a liong time for your arms to be elevated!
