  1. Skill: 25# KBs this was tough.
    Wod: 2:33, 2:23, 2:09 RX
    Should’ve gone “balls to the wall” in all three rounds if i got quicker every round. Just glad we’ve been working on snatches lately. Finally starting to feel comfortable with them.
    Fun wod.

  2. Skill: 2 sets at 45# then 2 sets at 55# ohs. Those sucked.

    Last round I sucked. Great WOD though. Wish I wouldve had a little more in me. Endurance just wasn’t there today. Good times and see you kids in January!
