  3. 32:38- 135# 2 rounds then scaled to 115# for rounds 3-5/ 25# DB
    wanted to RX this one so bad…but I was taking too long to rest. Next time it’s getting killed.

  5. Thanks guys! Def taking the weekend off. Don’t forget burpees sat and sun everyone! Do them as fast as possible each day, even if you aren’t at the box.

  6. 4 rds RX minus about 8 DL on the last round. I went 115 because my back wasn’t having it. I finished in like 31:40… 3rd time to work on in 2 weeks with very little sleep.
