1 minute rest between tabatas
A tabata workout is a 4 minute workout broken down into 8 intervals of 30 seconds. Each of the 30 second intervals is then broken down into 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. “Tabata This” is a workout with 5 separate tabata workouts: tabata pull ups, tabata sit ups, tabata push ups, tabata air squata and tabata row.
Scoring: you will be keeping track of your reps during each 20 second interval. After the tabata workout is finished for the specified movement, your lowest number of reps is your score for that tabata.
Total score = total number of each tabata’s least number reps
