Skill– 15 min to work up to a heavy snatch balance

WOD– 15 min ladder-

30 Double unders
1 power snatch 2 OHS
30 Double unders
(1 power snatch 2 OHS)x2
30 Double unders
(1power snatch 2 OHS)x3
30 Double unders
etc..

Barbell must touch the ground after the 2nd OHS (you can’t do all the power snatches then all the OHS). No prescribed weight, use a weight that is heavy but also light enough that you can do each complex unbroken.

Every full complex counts.
