Time trial (individually):

  • 50 tire flips
  • 50 KB swings

In 15 minutes:
50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10

  • DUs
  • sit ups

then “Cindy” with time left over:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 air squats

  2. I’m going to post the only thing I kicked butt at. 2:57 kb swing @ 55#
    My body forgot how to do double unders and I’m getting worse at them… Not better lol
