I like Burt’s idea better of scaling the deadlift up rather than wearing that dreaded vest.
That is a better idea Alan. The vests makes it hard to keep your chest up and makes you have bad form. I would scale up the weight on dead lift if I had to do it again.

Nathan, dont judge your burpee abilities on a wod that has bar facing burpees. Totally different approach.
