Out of control

I thought I was the only one with cool shades and no T during this WOD. Was badly mistaken.

  • 100 DUs
  • 90 walking lunges
  • 80 sit ups
  • 70 air squats (hehe)
  • 60 box jumps (24/20)
  • 50 DUs
  • 40 KB swings (55/35)
  • 30 push ups
  • 20 pull ups
  • 10 burpees

  3. These are my favorite WODs, but I have got to take off and rest my shoulder. I should have never done yesterday either. Crossfit is too addicting.

  5. Hey everyone, a few of us are starting a BURPEE CHALLENGE on monday October 3rd. It will last 30 days. Day one we will be doing 60 burpees for time. After that you will add two each day. So….tues 2, wed 4, etc. Yes, I know, burpees aren’t everyones favorite, but they will at least be a little bit easier after 30 days. Who is in?!!!!

  6. Well D.J., the goal after the 30 days is to repeat the 60 with a faster time. So the days you are not at the box you can do them in your bedroom, yard, porch….Just a good idea not to skip days, they add up quick!

  7. Saturday WOD… Amrap in 20 400m run, 5 DL, 5 hang clean, 5 shoulder to oh, 5 bs. At 65# finished my 5th round at 21:45
