– each set of reps is to be done as a seperate individual sprint
– rest 1-2 minutes between sets
 
20 GHD sit ups & 10 leg swings to cool down

    Wod: 135# DL, 30# DB thrusters and purple ring dips first 2 rounds, then scaled to red
    Good to be back. Never eating like crap again! Definitely felt it.
