  1. Sooo i got to the last ring dip on 6 and my arms decided they didnt want to work. Literally tried it over 5 times and couldnt lock it out, and i was too stubborn to use a band. Shoulda went to to a band

  2. Guys and gals go to and sign up for the CrossFit Competition now! It’s Saturday May 21 in Lake charles and the entry fee is only $25. Top male and female win $500. There are currently 10 men and 2 women signed up. What do you have to lose? Even if you have to scale the WODs it will be a fun day and really cool to push yourself in a competition setting. I think EVERY member should do it

  4. 7:43 I RXd the weight but the ring dips killed me. I struggled through the first 10 without a band and did the rest with a purple one.
