SKILL: Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3
- 10 mutant makers (with heavy DB)
- 600m run
- 30 ring push ups or 30 decline push ups (feet on a box)

- 10 mutant makers
If you are a paying member and have not received a NOTEBOOK, ask a coach for one next time you work out. The notebooks are good for recording your skill work and charting the weights you used in workouts and cool downs. After a month or two or three you can refer back to old times and weight to check for progress and benchmarks.

i was really looking forward to this workout till i looked at my text messages this morning.
