    300 heavy bag punches
    30 plyo push ups on a slam ball (alot smaller than a med ball)
    30 ball slams with a 25 lb slam ball
    30 box jumps 24″
    Round 2….
    200 heavy bag punches
    20 plyo push ups
    20 ball slams
    20 box jumps
    Round 3 …..
    100 heavy bag punches
    10 plyo push ups
    10 ball slams
    10 box jumps
    For time…. 11:33
    Those slam balls have barely any bounce at all, good WOD though

    1. I couldn’t catch 135 or 115 in a squat to save my life this am. So I pealed off even more weight and did power cleans. 3 miles of running last night put a whoopin on me.
