– Complete as many pull ups as possible without dropping from the bar
WOD: AMRAP in 10
- 1 push press (75/45)
- 100 m sprint
– Increase push press reps by 1 every round.
– Run between rounds
– Score = last completed round (including run)
– Post scores and loads to comments –
– Please do not park anywhere in the parking lot between the gym and the gas station. This will be an outside WOD that will begin right in front of the gym in the parking lot. Park along the outside of the gym windows.
