Skill: Sumo Deadlift High Pull   3-3-3

WOD:

  • Minute 1: complete 1 burpee and 10 sit ups
  • Minute 2: complete 2 burpees and 10 sit ups
  • Minute 3: etc all the way to minute 10

– If you are unable to complete the given amount of work within the given minute, rest the next minute and resume the minute following the minute of rest

– Score = total number rounds completed

– Post minutes/rounds completed to comments-
