  1. I have LOVED all the strength work we’ve done this week. But, I gotta say, really happy I don’t have to touch a bar bell today.

  2. I wasn’t thinking. At least there was no barbell in the wod.
    Skill: 50#, 60#, 70# (only 2 reps with 70)
    Wod: 10:57 (RX med ball, 3x singles)

    This wod took me a lot longer then I thought. I really need to learn how to do double unders!
