  • 20 deadlifts (185#/155#)
  • 10 burpees

    1. I haven’t done a WOD at Midcounty yet, but check the page on occasion, but I am with Jason I don’t think I will for a WOD like that! Yikes!

    1. Yall keep saying how much you hate burpees. The only way to get better at them is to do more of them and learn to love them!!

  1. Yes it is a very difficult WOD. Hardy you need to come workout with me cause I need a partner … and we need to pick up supplies for the pull up system … and I need to borrow your hammer drill …

  2. 18:27 with 139 burpees total. Burt was my partner and I was for sure the weak link. He kicked butt. Did PR my max deadlift to 285, up from 255.
