10 Overhead Squats (65lbs./95lbs.)

50 Double Unders

50 Sit-ups

8 Overhead Squats

40 Double Unders

40 Sit-ups

6 Overhead Squats

30 Double Unders

30 Sit-ups

4 Overhead Squats

20 Double Unders

20 Sit-ups

2 Overhead Squats

10 Double Unders

10 Sit-ups

Scale OHSs as needed. Aim to do all OHS sets unbroken.

  1. DUs were an exercise in futility today. Wasted so much time before finally going to 3x singles. OHS were solid though.

    Seems like everytime “Annie” shows her face i choke on DU’s, didnt get more than 20 unbroken in the WOD today. OHS are making some serious progress though, pretty stoked about that.

  3. 11:14 … 85#… 3x singles on the first 3 sets, du’s on the last 2… Ohs feel better everytime
    Loved the cool down!!

  5. Lol know Thad , I’m just in the same boat as you, tired of doing 3xs. I’ve been at this for almost a year now and there’s no reason that I can’t do du’s yet.
