DUs were an exercise in futility today. Wasted so much time before finally going to 3x singles. OHS were solid though.

Seems like everytime “Annie” shows her face i choke on DU’s, didnt get more than 20 unbroken in the WOD today. OHS are making some serious progress though, pretty stoked about that.

Lol know Thad , I’m just in the same boat as you, tired of doing 3xs. I’ve been at this for almost a year now and there’s no reason that I can’t do du’s yet.
