Skill- Snatch review. After warming up make 5 attempts at a 1RM (any style)
3 rounds-
5 min AMRAP
3 snatch 95/65
6 burpees
12 air squats
rest 3 min between each AMRAP. Score each AMRAP separately.

Skill- 155# Tried to focus more on form than new 1RM
WOD- 15 rounds rx
3 squats short of 6 rounds the 1st time!
I think I got 12 or 13 rounds with 50#. Can’t remember.
13 rounds RX. just shy of 5 rounds the last 2 sets
on the plus side, pr’d my squat snatch by 20#…155
13 rounds RX as well and I pr’d my snatch by 10# (135) still cant get under the bar but its coming along.
