Want to see what CrossFit is all about??  Now is your chance!  We will be having FREE classes for the first two full weeks of January.  Here’s the schedule:

January 6 – January 17
5am Tuesdays and Thursdays
12:00 Every Weekday

7:30pm Monday – Thursday (6:30 on Fridays)
You can come to as many free classes as you wish during this three week period and really get an idea of what training at CrossFit Mid County is all about!
Come to three or more free classes and get half off your on ramp!  Come to five or more and get half off your first month as well!
Members – Get half off your next month for every two people you refer and there’s no limit to how many months you can get half off!
