Join us this Saturday at CrossFit Mid-County from 11AM-1PM to bring our new gym in the right way. Free introductory WOD at 11AM and INSANE members only WOD starting at 12noon.
Open Gym
Starting in March open gym will be held at CrossFit Mid-County the 1st-15th of each month and at CrossFit Beaumont the 16th-31st of each month. This will help build the community between our sister gyms and let everyone learn from other coaches and members.
