Skill:     Death by deadhang pull ups

– On the minute of every minute, complete the given minute’s number pull ups without dropping within the minute (minute 1=1 pull up, minute 2=2 pull ups)

– When given number pull ups cannot be completed within the given minute, you are finished.

– Score is last number comleted pull ups within the given minute

WOD:     AMRAP in 12:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 double unders

– 30 box jump buy-in before beginning rounds (30/24)
