  1. We are working on hspu today too! This one looks tough. And I think someone at open gym or something should try the one we did on Friday!!!

    Would love to do the rep scheme in reverse to get sub-10:00.

    (pistols with green band, 15# barbells instead of HSPUs and “plate” jumps).
