  1. 6:33 RX, 6 seconds faster than my PR last week and HOLY CRAP on that “cool down”… 35# DB thrusters and 0,20, 40, 60# on the butcher push- 2:45 and my legs were on fire!

  2. 11:56 (singles @ 3x the reps because I don’t have double-unders down yet) Cash-out 3:00 (20# DB thrusters and 0, 20, 40, 40# on the Butcher Push, aka the Lawnmower.)

  3. 9:50 (singles @ 2x) Cash out- 3:30 with 10# thrusters. Not sure how much weight was on that sled each time. All I know is it was the hardest my legs have ever worked. I tried to quit half way through the 4th round. Thanks for the push.

  4. 11:56 (singles at 3x) the sit-ups killed me and my back
    2:50 on the cash-out with 20# dumbells and 0, 20, 30, & 40 on the butcher push
