    I was pleasantly surprised that I did “ok” on this one. Smoked the deadlifts and Hang cleans, then really focused on my squats
    And thrusters. I’m already starting to feel it though. Tomorrow is gonna be rough.

  2. 13:57 95# I don’t know what was wrong today but I just couldn’t get my head in the game on this one. It was definitely a painful wod tho
