WOD:      “Filthy 50”

50 reps of:

  • box jumps (24/20)
  • jumping pull ups
  • KB swings (55/35)
  • walking lunge (25/leg)
  • knees to elbows
  • push press (45/30)
  • deadlift (115/85)
  • wall ball (20/14)
  • burpees
  • DUs

– everyone will start at the beginning (box jumps), so go in waves as necessary

    1. they are supposed to be back extensions on the GHD, i like deadlifts better than supermans in place of them though, a little harder

  1. I wanna “get up” for this one, therefore I’m not getting up *early* for this. 5pm it is.

  2. If I hadn’t done this at Beaumont on Monday, I would be there in the morning. This version is going to be harder for sure.
