Don’t forget that tonight is the free nutrition seminar at CrossFit Beaumont! Seminar will begin at 8:00 pm and last approximately 1 hour. The coaches will go into more depth about nutrition and the way we should manage our diets. Be ready to ask questions and learn a LOT!!

  2. sweet! prob start on monday and do 50 for time then everyday we will knock some out. I think you just start out at one and everyday you add one… but im not sure. Help us out stefan.

  3. I want to do the 100 Burpee Challenge.
    Time yourself on 100 burpees. Then everyday work your way to 100 burpees starting at 1, 2, 3,….
    It would be brutal but where’s the fun if it isn’t brutal?

      1. Obviously, he’s crazy. I’ve had the idea of doing a 100 Double-under challenge for a while. I think that’s a much better idea.

  4. Don’t listen to Burt! He had this idea on burpies! Had me doing burpies for a week before he told me he hadn’t even started! Lol! Bad Burt.

  5. Haha Marc I remember that, but I remember dropping out bc we were doing two a days. You just kept doing them and I was like that’s dumb
