Walk back to the start

WOD:

With DB in right arm:
6 Lunges
6 Snatches
6 Burpee Clean and Jerks
Repeat on left arm
-Repeat for a total of 3 rounds-
Friday, July 4th, we will NOT have our regularly scheduled classes.  We will have an open gym from 11am – 1pm instead.  Hope to see you guys there!
