Rest about 3-4 minutes between each effort


5 Rounds:
5 Burpees

5 Deadlift (275/185)

Immediately followed by

5 Rounds:
3 Squat Cleans (135/95)

20 Double Unders

Use the same barbell for both workouts, just pull the weight off.

We’ve changed the dates for our CrossFit Kids summer camp. We will be starting on June 17. Classes will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00am for 5 weeks. The cost is only $75! There are limited spots available so get your kids signed up soon!

  1. 12:07 scaled to 225, 115 and 10 DU. The runs sucked… A lot. Warmed up with the main page WOD today. 7 full rounds with the row on the 8th round complete
