Back Squat – 2 reps every minute for 10 minutes. Start around 65% of your max. You can add ONLY 5 or 10 pounds to the bar after each set.

  1. EMOM started at 165 ended with 185, also did 5 strict pull ups every min as well
    18:24ish RX for got my time but its on the board.
