Max Unbroken Pull-Ups
WOD:

5 Sprints, each for time:
5 Burpees
5 Hang Squat Cleans
200m Run

 
You will rest after each sprint for approximately as long as the round took you to complete. The hang squat cleans should be as heavy as possible while remaining unbroken.

  1. Skill: got 11 pull-ups then stopped to let the yoga mats fall but wrapped my leg around the pole so I had to start over. Second time around I got 12
    Wod: 20:15 on the wod with 95# on first round then 85# after that.

  2. Haha. Thanks for looking at it like that Steph. I didn’t get 20 though. I’m going to try and redo it and at least get 15.
