Skill: got 11 pull-ups then stopped to let the yoga mats fall but wrapped my leg around the pole so I had to start over. Second time around I got 12
Wod: 20:15 on the wod with 95# on first round then 85# after that.
Oh!! And my girl Sags got her first two unassisted pull-ups tonight. Awesome!
