We will be starting our CrossFit Kids camp on June 17. Classes will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00am for 5 weeks for children 7-12 years old. The cost is only $75! Spots are filling up quickly so get your kids signed up soon!

  1. 4 rounds + 4 FS (135# for the first round, 115# for the rest, 35# DB)
    11am was HOT, I might turn into a 6am’er

  2. 4 rounds RX minus strict pull-ups. Used a green band but probably could have used red or blue. This was no fun, even at 6am.
