We will be holding a wod every month for Battle of the Boxes, where we compete against our sister gyms: CFB, CFL, and CFBC.  Last week we had our April wod, and this is our May workout.  It is sponsored by Grant Anderson State Farm, and the box with the most points at the end of the year wins $500! Please make it a point to be here and compete for CFMC!

  1. 140 max on skill work… Was definitely feeling the fact I havnt been working out regularly.
    Went rx on the WOD and got 16
