400m Sprint
Max Reps Deadhang Pull-Ups
Max Reps Thrusters (95/65)
Rest 3 minutes
 
This workout is not for time. After the sprint, rest 30-60 seconds before attempting the pull-ups and again before attempting the thrusters.
