“Pick 3 Day”
You can choose 3 things from the skill board to max out on.  You must choose one from each category, meaning you must do

One Lift
One Endurance Test
One Gymnastics Movement


You may choose something else if time allows.  Remember if you are wanting to get on the board a coach MUST see and verify your performance.  So grab a coach before your attempt if you think it’s going to be on the board.  If it is not seen by a coach it will not go on the board.

  1. Your right Dan! I figured I better stop there after wiping out during the warm-up where the parking lot meets the road and dropping the bar on my head(actually just scraped it)while attempting 225# OHS.
