4 minute AMRAP:

15 Thrusters (100 / 65 lbs)

15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.

This can be scaled down to any ability.  However, if you scale there will be no time bonus for completed 90 reps.

Join us TONIGHT at CrossFit Beaumont for the last wod of the 2013 Open!  Sign ups will be at 6:30, the first heat kicks off at 7:00.  Remember, this can be scaled to any fitness level, and you do not have to be signed up for the Open in order to compete.  Afterward we will be hanging out and celebrating the end of the Open.

 

CrossFit Lumberton is hosting their first competition on April 27th. Spots have been filling up quickly so if you would like to compete you better sign up now!
