    I tweaked my shoulder so I did a different wod
    50 Double Unders
    1000m Run
    40 Double Unders
    800m Run
    30 Double Unders
    600m Run
    20 Double Unders
    400m Run
    10 Double Unders
    200m Run
    All with a 25# vest
    I didn’t really care about my time, around 25 minutes, but I got all of the double unders unbroken so I was excited! DUs with a vest are no joke.

  2. 435# DL. That may be a 5#pr but im not sure.
    16:25 on the WOD RX,5-Pull-Ups per round and RX push press ..
