Partner 1 works through the chipper while Partner 2 does a 200m sandbag run.  When Partner 2 returns Partner 1 runs and P2 continues on chipper where P1 left off.  This continues until the chipper is completed.

  1. Hint. Don’t go without a partner. All by myself 33:00. Did knee to elbow and completed all 25 pullups with red band.
