This should be a maximal UNBROKEN set. The goal is to do 70% of your max.
 
WOD:

2 minutes work at each station for max reps

Rest 1 minute between each station

DB Push Press (35/20)
Tire Flips
Double Unders

Bent Over DB Rows (35/20)
