FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS is tonight at CrossFit Beaumont.  Heats start at 7:00, try to get there at 6:30 to get warmed up and be ready to go.  We will run as many heats as needed.  Not only is this a good chance to compete against the best athletes in the area AND socialize with them, it’s also a great opportunity to get your picture taken by the fabulous Matt Block.  We need new pictures for the blog and FB page, and I’d love to see all of your pretty faces on there! EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to attend.  The workout is scalable, just like any other wod.  Whether you’re cheering or working out, I hope to see you there!

  1. Did 13.1 yesterday…..got 18 135# snatches….my form improved as I went(thank God!!) 135 felt incredibly heavy after the 2nd set of burpees!
