    I got one power snatch at 135# and decided that was enough risky business for today
    WOD- 11:43 (toddler rx)
    2 rounds
    15 db thrusters (20#)
    15 weighted Russian twists (20#)
    15 step-ups (16″)
    15 sit-ups
    15 push-ups (5 toe, 10 knee)
    15 wall balls (10#)

    My wod time was real bad….. I think I was last….. And I scaled the crap out of it.
