We want to wish Coach Allie a safe and quick recovery.  She’s been out since last Thursday with a back injury.  While it might be a few weeks until she’s back crushing the wods, hopefully she’ll be back to coaching some time this week, maybe next.  We miss you Allie!  Hope you feel better soon!!
